Alexandra is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
She has over 12 years experience in family law.
Alexandra has experience in all areas of family law including complex children and property matters, relocation disputes, child support and maintenance, international forum disputes and relationship issues affecting same sex partners. Alexandra has expertise in de facto matters both through representing clients and through her role as a consultant editor for the CCH NSW De Facto Service for 6 years from 2003 to 2009.
Alexandra is a regular presenter of legal seminars on wide variety topics and publishes articles in various legal journals. She is a contributing editor to Thomson Legal’s Laws of Australia and a part-time teacher of family law with the Law Extension Committee, University of Sydney.
Alexandra is an Independent Children’s Lawyer. She was the Chair of the Young Lawyers Family Law Committee for 3 years and a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Committee for 5 years.
