Divorce
If your marriage has broken down irretrievably and you have been separated for at least 12 months you can make application to the Federal Magistrate's Court to legally and formally bring your marriage to an end.

An application for divorce is neither a complex nor costly application to make. Your application for divorce can be filed and determined by the Federal Magistrate's Court usually within a four to six week period.
